Yes, we do require a $50 deposit to secure your rental day. The deposit is to be paid upon check out when booking. Your remaining balance can also be paid in full online or on the day off.
Yes! To pay your remaining balance the day of your rental, you can use card or cash. Your remaining balance can also be paid online prior to your rental day.
Depending on the size of the unit, it can take between 20 – 30 minutes to set up and between 30 – 60 minutes to tear down. Water units will need to be dryed before being taken down, and could take longer. We ask that you leave your water rental inflated at least 2 hours prior to pick up for a smoother tear down.
All of our rentals require a $50 deposit to reserve your rental day. The deposit will be applied to your full balance which is due the day of your rental. All deposits are non-refundable and will not be returned due to cancellations. If you do not want to lose your deposit, but do not need your rental on the original day, you may reschedule your event for a different date (subject to availability).
If you must cancel your rental, your deposit will not be refunded, however you will be able to reschedule your event for a different date (subject to availability). If your event day calls for inclamant weather such as heavy rain or strong winds, your rental may be canceled, but we will work hard to reschedule you for a date that works best for you. Our water slides are able to be used in small amounts of rain, however, if the wind and rain worsen you will be required to bring the blower under shelter to ensure it does not get damaged. You are able to reschedule your rental due to weather, but we request that you provide 48 hours notice for proper preparation.
Yes! We supply everything you need to operate the unit. We provide extention cords and water hoses up to 100ft from the source.
